I work at home and I definitely agree with you about the risks of working longer hours without breaks (no distractions from cubicle neighbors). On the other hand, I don't have to worry about people yelling at me, I don't have to endure a commute, and I can set up my work space however I want.  Overall, I think working from home is great.</description>

		<description>Great perspective! As I read the first part (cube-crowding and road rage), I was thinking what a good idea it can be to let employees work from home when possible. But then, reading about the Technology Overload going on, I'm reminded that some (not all) people working from home don't have ergonomically correct setups, don't take breaks from their work as frequently, work longer hours, or feel like they're constantly available through their electronic leashes... for these people, it's just shifting the rage!

You make great points too about ways to de-rage. Thanks for this!</description>
