Thats stupid. I have to do a report on him. He should have run. There are more disadvantages than there are advantages. The poor guy had to live with two fake legs for his whole life and he can still run faster than guys with good legs, let me just say, Oscar, YOU ROCK! ROCK ON HOME SLICE! haha
