Learn to Type Ergonomically with Dvorak Part 2

After my second practice session of Dvorak, I have already begun to notice how awkward the QWERTY layout is in comparison. I am now typing using on Dvorak, which is excruciatingly slow, but I am surprised at how quickly I memorized the layout. From here on out it is just about retraining my muscle memory and fighting my fingers’ urge to find the letters in their old positions.

After going through the Dvorak tutorial, I began some typing games on powertyping.com, which made me realize I still have a ways to go. Hopefully by my next post I will atleast be up to 15 or 20 words per minute or I will have gray hair by the time I’m done typing.
